But the hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such people to worship him. John 4:23
This hour is your hour to come. Worship and evangelism are not exclusive actions but inter-related and intertwine with each other. We share the Gospel in word and deed as we worship the God who is calling us. Since evangelism is an act of worship and worship is an act of evangelism, it is critical to go and make disciples in spirit and truth. In contrast, one does not make disciples in the flesh and deceit.
It is not in the striving of the flesh or manipulation of emotions or words that God builds His kingdom. He is building the Church, one brick at a time (1 Pet 2:15), by His spirit and by His truth. You are a living stone of the living God.
Prayer:Our Father, may our steps of faith to come to You be a pleasing aroma of worship. You are life and we are alive as we obey You.
